I love everything about the
Summerfield Apartments!
They are so large and roomy.
The
1,260 square feet of living area; doesn’t feel suffocating when you move all
your furniture in like some apartments.
When you walk in it feels more like you’re in
a house than an apartment.
The two bedrooms are large and not cramped. My biggest thrill was when I saw the walk-in closets in each bedroom, WITH LIGHTS in them!
The lighted covered patio
with outside storage closet which has electrical outlet and light is also great
for extra freezer or storing all your Christmas decorations.
Also love sitting on the patio when the
weather is nice.
The up-to-date and beautiful
Stainless steel appliances in kitchen, including refrigerator with ice maker,
dishwasher, range with self-cleaning oven and the microwave above the stove is
space saving.
There is so much space in cabinets and large pantry in
kitchen
Love the raised kitchen breakfast bar which divides the
kitchen and dining area
The beautiful decorative tile, which is up to date and
neutral colors will go perfect with any color scheme you choose.
Ceiling fans with lights in bedrooms are an added convenience.
Double paned, insulated windows; insulated exterior
doors with security peephole and window coverings with two inch wood-look blinds
throughout also helps on utilities.
Smoke detector; sprinkler system and the outside security lighting is a great
addition as well.
One of my favorites is the
double-door closet for washer/dryer hook ups.
Didn’t think my very large front loading
washer and dryer would not fit in the closet but it does!
Moving into an apartment
took the burden off of me to mow the yard or
